1. General Information

Bath Food Tours Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides guided food tours, tastings, and related experiences in Bath, United Kingdom.
These Terms apply to all bookings made directly with us or through authorised partners.
By booking a tour, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent/guardian if under 18.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance via our website or authorised partners.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Online Customer cancellations:

Customers will receive a full refund if cancelled 7 days before the tour starting time.
No refund will be given when less than 6 days’ notice is given, unless trip protection is purchased. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellations due to weather.
No-shows will be charged the full price, but you are welcome to send another in your place by prior arrangement with Bath Food Tours Ltd.

Our cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, venue closures, guide illness).
In such cases, customers may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled tour.

4. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for two years from the date of issue.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers may be used as full or part payment for any Bath Food Tours product.

5. Participation & Safety

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies, dietary requirements, or access needs at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these but cannot guarantee that all requirements will be met.
Tours may involve walking on uneven surfaces. Participants should ensure they are physically able to join.
Alcohol may be served on tours; participants must be over 18 and may be asked to show valid ID.

6. Liability

Bath Food Tours Ltd. is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Participation is at your own risk. We accept no liability for any illness, injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during a tour, except where caused by our negligence.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

7. Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Bath Food Tours and may not be used without permission.
We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate, but we do not guarantee completeness or that the site will be error-free.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
